Playing with a satirical art toy series idea… 😈 I don’t practice drawing enough. This started out in ballpoint, just as a vent piece, but I liked it enough to use it to play with some new paints. #Cartooncolour is no longer making Cel-Vinyl (my understanding is that the owner died suddenly and without having had the chance to share the formula for the paint), but after looking online in August, I thought I had found a potential substitute. This is @maimeri.art Polycolor (acrylic/vinyl copolymer) on hot press WC paper. For those familiar with CartoonColour’s Cel-Vinyl, Maimeri Polycolor is an excellent alternative which seems to have nearly identical properties.
