Inktober, Day 3. „Doll’s Eyes“ (Actaea pachypoda) is one of the most poisonous plants, endemic to North America.

Everything is crooked lol. Also watercolor is so difficult to photograph! I tried different lighting and editing so the green would look true to life but I couldn’t get it to look right without ruining the rest of the painting. Oh well. Anyways, these are always fun (and spooky!) to find this time of year. These berries are tasty to birds but poisonous to humans so don’t try a nibble! ↟↟
