Saw this at a Target in Kyle, Tx.. .... This is the work of "toy swappers" ..clearly this was supposed to a toy of the mandalorian which was replaced by a obi-wan kenobe safety dummy . Of course the mandalorian figures have been fetching high prices on places like ebay and amazon. So these adult men will buy the figure then keep the receipt, Swap it with a figure of lesser value, and get their money back.. so essentially...theft... some have even gone as far as to brag and delight in their imbecility like that of a dog wagging its tail as it eats it's own vomit. To be honest, I feel sorry for the swappers ..I think only a traumatic experience would drive them to do such a peculiar act - something like getting diddled by their 7th grade PE teacher.
