added hakkai shiba from tokrev to the roster
added my oc, kit to the au list - it will be her genshin au
edited a few rules for readability mostly
i still need to add a bunch of bios for muses that are currently missing them, i'll get to those eventually i prommie
also it's not really mentioned anywhere but i just wanted to clearly establish that @autisticcrashout will remain my "main blog" for the time being - which really just means its the blog I'll remain logged into for mobile posts and most of my ooc etc. if you can't reach me here, don't hesitate to find me on kaji's blog <3
