I've been away from Tumblr for many months but now I'm back and I just wanted to say:

I remember over a year ago when your art started popping up on my feed, you had said you were looking for or still finding your "style". Something to the effect of being worried your art varied too much and you wanted to find the niche that made your art yours.

In the months I've been away there have been several times your art pops up when I look for a reference photo or on some random tiktok edit (hopefully with credit 😬) and I am always immediately like "Yep, that's Valerie!"

Today you showed up on my Tumblr feed and I knew who it was without even checking the username. So I hope, in the year or so since you made that post, you feel confident in knowing you've totally found your style. And, if not, I'm here to tell you you have!

With time i stopped bothering much with art style that much, now im more focused on basics like composition, anatomy, colors and that, guess its called growth xD

You are so sweet! 😭 Yea, I guess that's the only regret in my life, that I didn't believe enough in myself, that I wanted to be liked by my father so followed his ass advice. Never again! My goal is to show people that no matter of your age, nowadays you are free to follow your own dreams and goals no matter what! And thanks again, Happy New Year to you too pookie! ♥♥♥ About commissions: when I'm done with current line (god bless these people's patience), I want to take some time for myself, to study art more, to grow and be better as an artist... and during that I may reopen few commissions here and there with higher prices for those who really need it. So yea, my main goal for this year to give myself time for growth, rethink my business plan and keep drawing for all of you! ^^
