because the fanfic “flash point” by @actuallydeglace has made me alive lately. as in, i was almost caught at work for being lazy and reading.

Can we have some Neji/Tema love???

So I have a problem with all the vociferous adulation surrounding @actuallydeglace ’s kisasaku fic Uneasy Coexistence. Not that it doesn’t deserve all that praise, but rather it starkly brings out the lack of applause for another fic, a better one even(if I may presume to say so), by the same author. I am talking about the following masterpiece: https://www.fanfiction.net/s/4158815/1/Via-Media

Though great are her other stories, I feel Via Media is comparatively underappreciated. More people should be going vocally berserk about it, given the tour de force of crack that it is. One emotionally/socially constipated Neji, a rambunctious-as-ever Temari sharing a month of guard duty. There’s a plethora of hilarious situations including “interspecies hanky-panky” - a phrase I am gonna remember for the rest of my life. Seriously, the deluge of comic madness compensates for the absence of dearest saku-chan. I urge everyone to read it and then burst into rhapsodic ecstasies exalting its sublime comedy.
