Such a nice performance is doing the german agency Jung von Matt. I don‘t think there is a best way to encourage people to think over the consequences by crossing a tiny line on the train stations adding the slogan „Kommen Sie doch näher“ or „Come closer“ in english. I do not believe Germany has to much problems being hit by trains where the germans just to be respectful with this kind of signs, but still...
