Drumcorps: Falling Forward (2015) Released on Ad Noiseam. Second release for today is this album by Drumcorps called Falling Forward, released on Ad Noiseam. This review is based on the CD version of this album, that came with the vinyl LP. Falling Forward is a pretty fierce but also rather fun album with a mixture of Metal and Rock songs all with a strong electronic production and plenty of Breakcore style edits and stutter effects. It's fast and enjoyable ride to listen to these 14 album tracks in order and the songwriting is good enough, but the album's style ocasionally seems a little too similar to other Electro Rock artists and has the sometimes slightly lazy attitude of some Rock music of "Rock for the sake of rock". But, this album has plenty of great rocking tracks too, like Cradle To Grave which is not unlikely some of the more recent music by The Prodigy and Tap Tap Tap which has a great Breakcore groove which is both abrasive and goofy, but fun. The album is available to buy in various formats.
