He has two working legs (bc he broke one jumping off a building). He dines frequently with the king and queen of Ravka. Builds a stage for the Ketterdam plays and names it Retvield. Doesn’t change his name. One day he’s in Ravka and he needs to get on a ship to Fjerda for some Business. Nikolai’s king though so he sends him instead with one of the most well-known privateers Ravka has to offer. A young Suli girl who fought for Suli rights and wound up being the person who turned the king’s attention to some of the poorer parts of the country. His wife Zoya practically adopted her. He taught her how to sail.
