At #TeamVCS, we believe that what gets planned, gets accomplished--hence, our townhalls which help us review the past quarter, and work better in the next one. The most important thing we learned this townhall was how to maximize our time and work more efficiently. As an agency, we value organized workflows and systems since these help us work better and smarter. One way to maximize time is through Eliminating, Automating, and Delegating. When we eliminate unnecessary activities, automate easy or mechanical tasks, and delegate work that can be shared, we all get to focus on more important matters. We also saw how we could apply this not just to work, but to our personal lives as well! Another important insight we gained was about Stephen Covey's time quadrants. We realized that we often focus on the Important + Urgent quadrant. This leaves us with little time for things that are Important but not Urgent--things that could actually lead to more growth. That's why this time around, we resolved to prioritize this quadrant, too. By applying these new learnings, we believe that we will continue to achieve Growth through Strategic Creativity!
