I recently got my hands on the audiobook "Can't Hurt Me" by David Goggins and Adam Skolnick.
I was listening to it and, at first, noticed that it has more content than the book. I am actually reading the book as well, side by side- as per convenience and my mood.
I would say that both the book and the audiobook has their own charm.
I like the book because of the pictures in it and that the pages are a bit off-white colored. Atleast my one is like that. And I like my books like that.
Now about the audiobook. It is, to me atleast, an experience. One which I am glad to experience. I really like it. I like that even though it is an audiobook, the structure of the content does pop out (because 2 narrating voices are there). And I really really like the voice of David. His voice was actually one of the main reasons that led me to buying the audiobook, aside from the fact that it was recommended by 2 youtubers, whom I really like (Improvement Pill & Better Ideas), in their video content.
Overall my opinion is: I recommend buying the book or audiobook, or may be both, "Can't Hurt Me" by David Goggins. Try it. I think that you won't regret it. (And if you do, please don't hate me. I am truly sorry about your experience.)
And if you are low on budget and contemplating over buying audiobook
OR the book (e-book or physical copy), I will still recommend to choose the audiobook over the book.
But you do you!!
My opinion is just that- an opinion, and therefore, not the universal truth or anything.
To anyone reading this-
Have a great day!
