Adam had been a lone wolf for most of his life, literally. He didn’t do well around people until he was attacked and realized if he’d had a pack, they would’ve had his back and he wouldn’t have almost died. He was thankful he was found before he went beyond salvageable, since then he’d been loyal to Nick.

So when Nick decided Michael was the one who should show him the ropes of the pack, even though he barely knew the guy or had spent time with him, he trusted Nick’s judgement and he went with it. Adam struggled at first, being used to being on his own meant he did things his own way so he butted heads with Michael, a lot. But after some time they were inseparable.

They planned to go for a quick run around the woods for the full moon then get back to their pack but they got caught up and decided to find somewhere safe to spend the night and head back in the morning. Adam had never felt so alive and he'd overdone it a bit so he was exhausted by the time they were done, he was the first one out of the two to fall asleep.

adam and michael not wanting anything to do with The Plot or the winchesters in general is fun but in my head they're major players in s14/15 anyway. i want them around for dean's possession trauma (the contrast between these two angel/vessel situations...mmmm), i want cas and dean to look at this romantic angel/human relationship and have Feelings about it, i want michael and dean to hash out what happened in s5, i want adam to feel conflicted about not wanting to be there while also wanting to help, i want adam to never really get over being abandoned, i want michael and adam and sam to talk about the cage, i want michael to really have to face the fact that there's other worlds and other michaels, i want cas and michael to talk about what's happened to heaven while michael has been in the cage...there's just so much fun messy stuff to dig into with them & tfw

i also think it's fun if adam and michael very occasionally show up to family get-togethers but only to see claire and jack

you know. thinking about how we don't know why adam said yes to michael, and we also don't know what they were doing in between 5x18 and 5x22. i wonder if michael brought adam to see kate before adam said yes.
