IP issues only relate to if someone has drawn a character or setting you own the rights to. like nintendo could file one against people who draw pokemon fanart if they wanted. if someone posted art you made, that’s a permission issue, not an IP issue
ahh gotcha. i tried looking up all the copyright/IP business but man... it's a lot to trawl through. thanks for clearing it up for me!

wait, what exactly are you trying to get taken down? copyright law relating to intellectual property is actually pretty complicated so dA can’t handle that on its own. if they actually stole art, that’s not what you would file under IP theft
they just made a stupid graphic and used one of my drawings in it. the only other option for reporting it was under the 'permissions' tab, so i submitted my complaint there but even at the top it says "copyright owners should use "my intellectual property". it just seems a little silly to direct me there and then tell me i have to go through the whole song and dance when i just wanted it taken down =/
Asexuality in no way related to paraphilia, because paraphilia involves sexual attraction to things that specifically aren’t sex and/or people. Asexuals can be attracted to lots of things sexually, just not sex.
