Good question! Unfortunately the answer is "I'm not entirely sure!" I send out messages through storenvy as soon as I drop the envelopes into a collection box, and after that it's up to USPS to take it there. Holidays are really busy for them, so stuff can get backed up.
If I were to ship them faster, I'd have to charge more than the cost of a stamp to get the patches to their new homes, and I want to keep the prices in my store low.
