Did you know?

Like most big cities such as London and Paris, Cape Town is also situated on a river. The river is called the Fresh River. The river comes from the slopes of Table Mountain and runs through the Company Gardens. The river can be seen at the gates of Tuynhys just off Government Avenue. The river then travels underneath Adderley Street and continues to the Waagenaar reservoir below the Golden Acre. Another reason why Cape Town is such a magical destination and loved by many worldwide.
