Dragon Nest SEA - Massive Bans Aftermath

Addison Kang finally issued an official statement on his page.

Over the past few days, about 700 accounts were ban by our anti-bot system.

The DN team have investigated thoroughly and found around 400 accounts which are confirmed using bot hacks, with concrete evidence as proof. These players (mostly syndicates with common mass creation of accounts) will be dealt with according to our Game Abuse policy.

For the rest of the 300+ accounts, our apologies that it took us some time to clear out the investigation. Your accounts have been released. If your friends are banned and have not read this, give them a call and ask them to try log into the game to check on their accounts. We have worked out a customized compensation plan for the affected players. A message will await you at Cherry Messenger if you were banned during this exercise.

My team and I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused but I believe in a fair gaming economy for everyone. We just have to do what's right. Rest assured that my team and I will always put in continuous efforts to make Dragon Nest a 'fair and just' gaming playground for everybody.

Please advise people around you not to try those boting software.

1) The issue is still not solved since people are still getting banned from speed running dungeons for other purposes. PSA: Speed running dungeons will definitely get you banned now. 

2) 6 days process time? 6 days?! Ok not counting weekends, this is still quite worrying. I wonder if AK waited for so long so the masses can 'calm down'? I still think this is irresponsible that you still choose to pick the high ground when you could have made a statement earlier. IDK how hard is that, or what decisions you have to think about. You left poor Yuhlia on the forum taking the hits because no one else would come out and tell the crowd on the first moment. I wonder how many people in those 300+ accounts are long time players and CC-payer, and how many of them wanted to quit the game because you couldn't release accounts. 

3) Apologises but trying to justify it. If CC is so fair and just there won't be people making memes about Leniency packages and have so many disputes with speed run events for raids. Currently there's a thread going on with CC releasing level 60 Accessories that's not (old item). Sure, these 'rumours' could happen because a company might have bad rep. However I can tell you I have inside news that confirmed such allegations, before those memes goes out. I know those people who are getting it, I know why, I know how. Maybe it's exaggerated, I don't know. 

And yes I am getting increasingly skeptical because whilst CC tries to do better, they still does it on the surface, they didn't really try. 

Maybe CC should start by addressing issues directly with the players, that would've been the first step in convincing me and my friends that CC actually cares.. You have so many supporters but you give them up again and again. I hate to say this, once again DN makes itself undesirable to play, despite it being an excellent game.
