“Feels...different since last Games,” Pluto commented. Unable to ascertain whether she meant Panem as a whole, or just the Games cycle. There was the obvious addition of Thirteen, but Pluto wasn’t quite wanting to make that her problem yet. Pluto turned her attention toward Addy, genuinely seeking her council in the matter, “Do you think it’s for better or for worse?”
