Le Chiffre is a slippery character. Like me. He’s lurking in the dungeons, probably conversing with my guards down there. He seems to be quite a fussy eater.

Alex, Jean however… I don’t know. Those poor souls may have perished. Life in my empire is rather… demanding. Not everyone survives.

I do hope - wherever she is - that she is safe and happy.

Fireworks - New Year's Eve on the Island (Open RP for Island!verse)

Tabitha leads the way. The little Goldfish that leads her to the sea is right in her assumptions.

The habour of Gunkanjima sparkles with the light of a pale moon.

Tiago looks up. Soon the night sky will be full of colour and noise. Silva has enough gunpowder to blow the Island up, but he also keeps hold of a few fireworks from his trips to China.

Tiago smiles. Silva would never have agreed to this. The cyberterrorist didn't even allow Christmas decorations to be put up around the place to celebrate the season properly. Fortunately he is still lying in a bed under the care of nurses and Aubrey... leaving Rodriguez to put the final touches in place for a true celebration of the New Year. The ex-spy smiles, standing alone by the sea. For now.

Watching the tide lap the shore, Tiago hums contentedly. He dreams of a life - a life he now knows he cannot have. Dropping his head, he groans. The magic keeping him split from the other's body is at last waning. Rodriguez's hand feverishy clutches his temples, fighting for all he's worth. Just one last evening. One evening where they can all be happy. Where love and friendship may be expressed freely, without fear of reproach. This is Tiago's last gift for the good people on the Island.
