This brought me to tears. I'm so proud of you and so glad you're here. Eating disorders are often focused on other numbers (weight, calories, etc.) but I love the strength you found from counting days and years. You're a wonderful human.

Thank you guys so much. It’s been an odd day, both unexpectedly hard and surprisingly easy. It feels like these four years have been both an eternity and no time at all, and I am full of contradictions. Thanks for being here :)

Not sure if the facts are supposed to be anonymous, but whatev. Fact: if I find a penny on the ground with tails facing up, I pick it up and place it somewhere else with heads facing up so someone will find it and be lucky.

nahhh they don’t need to be anon! that’s adorable joe. honestly finding lucky pennies are probably what i miss most about having pennies

i always look at the ground when i’m walking so i have the habit of finding weird things on the street...the last weird thing i found was last summer, it was a tiny little lobster magnet

If a musical was created about your life, who would you want to write it? Who would star in it? The second question is probably trickier because I don't know who could be a Heather as great as you.

oh jeeze, i honestly have no idea who i would want to write it probably Laurence O’Keefe and Kevin Murphy who wrote Heathers the musical, which I promise I love for reasons more than just sharing a name with three of the characters. i also think that barrett wilbert weed could play me really well, half because we’re a little bit more physically similar than a lot of other broadway actress and part because she can do the awkward/sarcastic thing very well thank you so much for asking joe, haha, this made me think!
