Just finished reading this book in a 3.5 hour sitting. It was very good and fast-paced, even though the topic is hard to read about (child sexual abuse regarding pre-pubescent girls). I applaud Kimberly Lawson Roby for tackling such a difficult subject and expressing the struggles so well. If you or someone you know has experienced sexual abuse, molestation, or rape, regardless of the age from which it started, I encourage you to read this fictional depiction. I hope it helps you or your loved one understand these actions are not right nor is it his/her fault.
