Dear Mun happy birthday! :3 I am not sure if you have answered this question before (sorry if you have already done so), but I wanna hear how you think about the plot advancement and character development of the current Arc. Are you happy about it?

So far, I’m not so happy about the current arc, to be honest. The pace has been very slow and I wish things would have progressed more quickly. Like, I know the whole boy band thing had a reason but it seemed a bit dragged. And the more interesting topics (like UT’s role, Lizzy’s presence at the cult, the Lord’s identities,...) were rarely touched. But I always had the hopes that things would take a drastic turn quickly. Especially since Editor K said that this arc would move the main plot forward a lot (source). And it seems like this is happening now. I’m getting more excited again for new chapters, especially for this month. So I guess that’s a good thing. XD

As for character development, I think there’s much potential now. With Lizzy’s behavior, Agni’s death, the possibility of the 2CT,... There’s much that could trigger character development for several characters -- for Ciel, in particular. I’m excited to see what will happen there.

So while this arc didn’t have the greatest start for me I think it could have a better ending and maybe finally some more answers about the main story line and even some character development. I don’t want to judge too early but I hope things will get more interesting from now on.
