I wanted to do a few of these for my characters are how they change over their arcs. Adelein’s character development begins with her experiences no sense of self-identify outside of Hermaeus Mora’s will. She is not a cultist, she is a conduit. A mortal born with a shared sense of consciousness between themselves and a deadric prince. The ability to allow this follows a long lineage of members who have ruled over Evermore for several millennia. The cost is that the greater being tends to overpower decisions and motivations of the mortal who is chosen to be the conduit. 

Once she believed she is nothing more than what Hermaeus Mora allowed, but through her arc she discovers reasons as to why the prince heavily depends on her existence. She learns more about House Gardinier, and the path her father took to reclaim an important responsibility over society. Once Adelein leaves Skyrim and heads west to Evermore, she realizes how critical  the situation in the city has become, and there is a possibility that the one who sits on the throne had set up the scheme to have her mother married into House Gardinier and assassinated. She’s learned about the value of others, and the value of bringing Evermore back from it’s terrible political situation. She realizes she needs to play into the game of High Rock’s courts, but in her own fashion. Adelein is still very morally grey and ruthless, but she holds the protection of Evermore and House Gardinier over the will of a deadric prince, the Thalmor, the Empire, and her uncle.

━ WHAT THEY WOULD BE FAMOUS / INFAMOUS FOR:  After his pilgrimage around Tamriel as a rite of entry into the Psijic Order, he made his way to Artaeum only to see it gone. For a long while, he was devastated but then he realized his duty as a Psijic. He joined the Mages Guild and created a program where others would be able to join to learn how to follow the Old Way properly as well as train in the school of Mysticism.

━ WHAT HAVE THEY / WOULD THEY HAVE GOTTEN ARRESTED FOR:  Gannar has never been arrested before but would most likely be arrest by the Thalmor for spreading his teachings of the Old Way and telling his pupils to leave government affairs and warfare.

━ A CHARACTER YOU SHIP THEM WITH:  A dream ship would be Vanus Galerion for he is Gannar’s hero, but a realistic ship would be Lyna Brelyeis, one of his pupils.

━ CHARACTER MOST LIKELY TO MURDER THEM: Secret

━ FAVORITE BOOK GENRE:   Philosophical, Enchanting, Metaphysics, Alchemical, anything about the Mages Guild and the Psijic Order, and Arcane Theorem.

━ LEAST FAVORITE BOOK CLICHE:  Political books and books of law.

━ TALENTS AND / OR POWERS:  Gannar, for a long time, has followed the Old Way through meditation and ancestral worship, connecting himself to the PSJJJJ. That being said, he was always talented to the arcane schools of manipulation, being Alteration, Illusion, and especially Mysticism. Gannar is known to dabble in a little bit of everything, but of them all, Mysticism was his true master; Illusion being his second.

━ WHY SOMEONE MIGHT LOVE THEM: He is really educated and intelligent and his kind hearted. Unlike other Altmeri, he welcomes mistakes and questions from the ignorant for he knows that it will lead those who ask through the path of knowledge and make them a better mage, but, however, he does not tolerate laziness and foolishness what so ever.

━ WHY SOMEONE MIGHT HATE THEM:  Someone who is political or religious towards a certain Daedra or Aedra, or even if they dwell in the dark arts, might dislike Gannar.

━ HOW THEY CHANGE: Throughout his youth, Gannar was always about obtaining knowledge to better himself as an Altmer, a person, and a mage. He was take up any opportunity that would allow him to obtain any form of precious knowledge. After the Isle of Artaeum disappeared and he was left behind, he realized how foolish he was with his childish ways and went from taking knowledge to giving knowledge. Thus why he join the Mages Guild to train those who are willing to properly follow the Old Way.

━ WHY YOU LOVE THEM: The main reason I love Gannar Spellbinder is because part of him is what I can relate to, such as his sexuality and his ambition to obtain new knowlege, while the other part is what I always wished I was: a High Elven Wizard who is wise and teaches the talented the ways of the Old.

What do you think about Adelein (Pre Evermore plot <:)

“Adelein is akin to a question without an answer. For quite some time, she has drawn my curiosity. Although not for the reasons that one might expect. My curiosity has nothing to do with Hermaeus Mora, I remain uninterested in the Abyssal secrets of Apocrypha. My interest lies in her, of her nature, of who she is as a person.” 

He paused, idly stirring his cup of tea. Perhaps a small twinge of fondness in his eye.

“I have learned much of myself when we began to speak. She is one I am able to call a friend.” And then, he paused. “She also understands my sense of humor.”

Blood ❧ What is the worst injury you’ve gotten?

“I was around twelve, the only time I’ve ever taken a serious fall from a horse. I was riding with my father and a tutor, and I don’t recall… exactly how it happened. I suppose I must have been distracted, and the horse reared up suddenly, because the back of her head struck my forehead so hard that I fell right off.” Caesa mimed slapping her palm against her face and flailed her arms a little, as though tumbling backwards. 

“I was lucky, really– I could have broken my neck! I landed square on my side, instead; broke my arm in two places, cracked a couple of ribs… it was also fortunate that this just happened to occur when my father was present, actually. I had a habit of sneaking that damned horse out on my own without permission. But my father took me straight to the Chapel, to the healers, and my mother. I had some dreadful bruising, and even with the healing spells from my mother and the others at the chapel the recovery wasn’t exactly fun, but really it all could have been much, much worse.”

[[Neht seems like he would be a tenor range when he is relaxed and speaking normally but his range is quite surprising when he needs it to be. I think Neht could do impressions well and sing in a lot of ranges. He seems like he would also change pitches depending on his mood.

[Oh yes, definitely, Neht has range!  You should probably interpret those long rants of Neht’s where his dialogue becomes increasingly frantic and italicized as Neht getting higher and higher pitched until he hits peak rage and/or the top of his register.]
