Hello :) I think I may have ADHD (I show just about every single symptom) and was wondering if you had any phone game recommendations? Something that's simple/mindless or cute? Have a great day ♡

Oo!!! Okay okay hmm i like geometry dash, color switch, temple run (2), subway surfers, and basically all the other games I'd put on screen if a kid asked for my phone LMAO

They're pretty simple bc theyre just tappin and swiping and have enough motion to keep me stimulated!!

Also if u want a cute game but not necessarily one that does not require patience, neko atsume is adorable!!!

I would just like to say that Beat Saber is an amazing ADHD brain training game.

Mindfulness (paying attention to colour and direction) mixed with exercise? Seriously if you get the opportunity to try it do! And any parents with ADHD kids, if you were ever on the fence about getting VR gear for your kids hop right down and get yourself to the nearest electronics store cause this game is gonna make a huge difference in your kids life.

As someone with ADHD, finding games/apps that are not only fun, but simple and stimulating has really been a challenge overtime. Fortunately though, after digging through the App store and looking at all my favorites, I realized one thing: all the ones I loved were developed by Ketchapp!

The games are all simple/easy/stimulating and there’s so many of them. I want to share my favorites with you guys. They’re: 2048, HOP, ZigZag, Crazy Circle, and The Line.

Do any of you guys have any favorite games?

One game that I love to death is called Dream City Idols. It's a social game and it gives you quests and such to complete and there are so many different ones to do. Some take longer than others, like ones involving leveling up or upgrading you house, and others only take a couple minutes or less. It's the one game on my phone that Ive found that I can play and play and not get bored with it. It's a lot of fun I totally recommend it

Quick app recommendation but "2048" is really good for stimming (the sounds) as well as keeping yourself occupied and focused (I've been hyperfocused on it for an hour now..) and it's overall an enjoyable game because there's lots of different ways to play but the rules stay the same, so you're encountering a "new" challenge but without complicating the rules. Any other recs? I'd love to hear some!!

It's kind of an old game but bejeweled has always been able to occupy me for like hours at a time

My Friend: So what kind of games do you like to play

ME: Well, I'm not really into shooter games, so i like RPG types of games more like pokemon like when you choose squirtle cause he's a water type, which is super cool since its like water bending from a turtle, but only with the canons, cause thats like big gun on armor for different creature's. So... I guess I like shooters.

My Friend still stuck on RPG: oh okay

I find pokemon go to be cathartic and stimulating :) obvs it's more fun if you're into it and know about it ;)
