1/? here's another method i've heard abt that can be helpful for people who can't focus/visualize a lot or have adhd. it's the adhd method! basically, do whatever you do to prep yourself before shifting. now what you gotta do is play 8d music. your adhd will focus on it. everytime the song goes into a full loop, breathe in and count. breath in, breath out, 1. breath in, breath out, 2. ect. and when it reaches 10, 20, whateves, you say these 3 sentences:
