man, clean lineart is the Big Question everyone always asks and every time I feel like I have to give a bit of a let down of an answer because it really is for the most part ~practice~
my sai stabilizer is set on 6, which helps too lol.
i know a lot of people absolutely hate doing lineart, but for me that’s one of the most satisfying steps in the art process so i don’t really come into it already reluctant and like, unsatisfied with the results.
i warm up before i do lineart by doing a whole bunch of squiggles and circles and stuff. then i just try to line by using pretty fast, uninterrupted lines. there is a fair bit of ctrl+z-ing going on but you kno... by doing more lineart you will get better at lineart. i dont think that there’s a simpler answer than that :’^)
