You ever just... ADHDon't?
Like, the mechanism in the neurospicy brain that breaks a Necessary TaskTM into so many steps one day makes the steps too numerous that the hardware fries? So you just... don't?
Meds blogging
I’m using my blog to record my interactions with methylphenidate under the tag #meds blogging - feel free to block this if you aren’t interested in my personal medical history.
Meds blogging
I guess I've been meaning to record stuff about my new medication somewhere, and here is as good as anywhere else. I'll be tagging all of this with #meds blogging so if you want to avoid it, use that.
(wish I could throw a read more in on mobile, oh well)
I started 5mg of methylphenidate, once at breakfast, on Thursday. At this dose it's not really meant to be noticeable in any way - just getting my body used to the idea. So me being unusually productive and motivated this afternoon was probably unrelated. I'm noting it anyway, just in case.
I'm going on holiday from Wednesday through to next Tuesday - Rome with my sister, my brother and his wife, and hopefully the disruption to my routine won't stop me remembering to take them. That's usually been the stumbling block when I've tried ADHD meds. I should ask them to help remind me.
