(This is following the headcanon that Archie's previous wife died.)
You've been at every Thorns game since you were a teenager thanks to this job. You've had this dead end job for years, and most people would hate it. Standing around for hours in the heat of the Green House, hands constantly smelling like salt and popcorn, voice getting hoarse from having to shout into the stands over the noise.
But you? Oh, you found your ways to make this job enjoyable.

What could you say? You liked 'em big.
It was thanks to Adi and Ari that you two really met, though.
What kind of father didn't get his precious girls something to eat during his games??? Not Archie.
Despite serving well over thousands of other animals, you know Adi, Ari, and Archie's favorite candies without even thinking. You even know the way they like to butter their popcorn. (They use up so much of your butter...)
Adi and Ari absolutely adore you! They think you're smart and funny and when they're not cheering on their dad, they're by the concessions cart talking with you! (And totally not trying to bribe their way into getting more candy than their dad allows them to have.)
That's what really enamored Archie towards you.
It's gonna take him a while to really, actually fall in love with you. By "while", I do mean probably a year or more.
Ever since his wife died, the dating scene just... hasn't been for him. He's tried, he wants the girls to have a stable secondary figure in their life, but nothing's worked out. Other animals are usually just trying to get with him for the fame or they're put off by him being a single dad to two kids.
You're different, though. Whether you love kids or not, it's clear that these kids love you. And you're always kind to them, which is what matters.
It's gotten to the point that the girls are sad whenever it's your days off, or when it's an away game and you aren't there.
Did Archie maybe talk to the owner of the Green House and make sure you're scheduled for more days because of that? Maybe, maybe... But, hey, you got job security!!
You've watched him play for long enough, you know all about his anger issues, and they don't scare you one bit because you know he's a big softie underneath that.
He once accidentally rammed into the concessions stand while blindly charging the other team, and he was so, so, so apologetic, and literally paid out of pocket for it to get fixed. You're just glad you weren't behind the stand at the time.
Once you two start dating, it's not just Adi and Ari he envisions his teammates as to protect, it's you, too.
"STAY AWAY FROM THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!!" "What'd you just call me???"
Finding a sitter is difficult, so you're going to have to make do with having dates at his house. Luckily, he's become a very good cook!! And he always gets you a gift every date, no matter what. Once the girls are in bed, you usually just snuggle on the couch and watch TV.
Whether boy, girl, nonbinary, or in between, the girls have no problems with the gender of who their dad dates. They're smart girls, and as long as you're okay with them coming up with some sort of nickname for you, they're more than fine with it!!
Get ready to have all your stuff bedazzled. Your phone? Bedazzled. Your wallet? Yeah, bedazzled. The popcorn buckets at your concession stand? Better believe it's bedazzled.
You will be having your makeup done by the girls and you will be called a pretty princess, regardless of gender. ("Do you or do you not feel bonita?")
Archie will always be there for you, no matter what. He's very practiced at giving grounding speeches and techniques, so if you're someone prone to anxiety or panic attacks, he's the perfect animal to go to when you're having trouble.
Once you're apart of Archie's family, you're also apart of the Thorns' little family. It doesn't matter that you're not even on the court, you're important to them now because you're important to Archie.
