Herb Donner disregarded a 12/31/2016 deadline demanded by the 60 Turner Place Tenant Association to FIRE Herchin Ablai and hire a respectful replacement. #HerchinAblai is banned from over 15 apartments in the building from making repairs, and the list continues to grow. The tenants of 60 Turner Place have documented abuses such as: Calling Black tenants racial slurs.
