Few things I hate more than trying to find photo references for fat bodies on Google images. Searching fat man sitting gives me [sad lonley fat™] when I just want a neutral image to reference how the lap works. Searching for happy fat couple gives me [couple loses weight together before and after photos]. Searching for fat boyfriend cuddles just gives me memes with no actual references.

No lie, I started looking at photos of pregnant women cuddle their partners in the search for soft belly touches.

I fucking hate this, I need a break. I'm still going to do this though, because I want to see this drawing into the world because I deserve it, and by God I have just enough imagination to make this fucking work goddamnit.

Chubby Anthology is an indie comic and art anthology that is fully focused on being body positive while supporting the LGBT community. Each quarterly anthology features a different theme and includes short comics and illustrations from a variety of talented artists from around the world.

For volume four, we asked the artists to engage their imaginations' hyper-drives and they really went to infinity and beyond! Chock full of cute aliens, stories of space travel, robots in love and other interstellar creatures, Chubby Anthology Vol. 4 is truly out of this world.
