These are some images I took from my film camera and done some work on them this was done after watching a very useful video about how taking shots from a roll of film and then uploading them to photoshop enables people to make more effects to an image instead of just having to stick with how the image was shot I plan on using this a lot more if I feel mines not up to scratch or may need any fine adjustments the first few shots I added was the shots that I took was when I was travelling around Glashow city centre with my film camera.
another few years later and I feel more comfortable in my skin than I have in my life. i feel calm. I feel in tune with my body. My goals aren’t about weight and looks (though my monkey brain can take over from time to time), but rather about FEELING good in my body.
These thoughts were resurrected and externally communicated for the first time in many years over this past week. My grandma was committed to the hospital with issues concerning the heart and kidneys. Much of the week was spent educating her on the importance of food as a conduit for health and global wellness. Food is like medicine. It cures the ailments and feeds the soul. Redefining a relationship with food is critical for one’s wellbeing (short term and long term).
I find myself revisiting old threads, thoughts, and personalities. Great to be back here to see the timeline of this relationship shift in my own life.

Rigid TS3650 Adjusments
I was wondering if anyone had gone through the adjustments of the Rigid table saw TS3650. There is a portion of the manual (page 33 on the copy I got), which discusses adjusting rip fence guide bar. It mentions you may need shims if the front and rear guide are misaligned. I’m assuming...
Up until now, I find it hard to open up, and cope up, with my class/classmates.
Why? I'm still uncomfortable with them. I could even think that they're all so untrue to each other. Ung plastic ba? Don't know why. They say, we only need adjustments, but hooow in the hell? It makes me want to go back to my junior year class/classmates, when everything seems to be perfect. Nowadays kasi, i'm always pressured when it comes to reporting, quizzes, exams, unlike dati. Ang ayaw ko lang kasi, they're more of competitions, na hindi naman dapat diba? Haaaaay, adjustmentssss, come to me if you really exist..
starting tonight, i'm training myself to sleep in the middle of the bed.
the left side of my bed is cramped. that's where i sleep. it's just tedious.
