Quarantine Headcanons

Asra

Has been going insanely stir crazy, can't sit still

Has tried to convince MC to go to Nopal many, many times

The arcana are tired of him doing constant readings out of boredom

Faust is getting antsy too

Has cleaned the entire shop, and also cooked enough food to last months

He's considered up and leaving and continuing to travel anyways but he's learned his lesson about leaving MC during a plague

Nadia

Not having fun by any means, but isn't as bad as Asra

She's been hard at work providing aid for the citizens, like a good Countess

She spends a lot of time on her balcony to get fresh air, but it just isn't the same

Has become even more clingy with MC, but isn't stifling

She's allowed most of her staff to not work (still paying) but is infinitely grateful for the servants that are still with her

Has been trying a lot of new hobbies, since she doesn't have to spend so much time talking to people

Julian

Essential worker

Has been trying very very hard to contain the outbreak, yells at people if they arent 6 feet apart

Very stressed and frazzled but he's enjoying working again

MC isn't allowed to help on the front lines this time, he's not taking any chances

He's been working incredibly long shifts and researching a cure at the same time, but he's always careful to make time for his loved ones

Sleep? Who's she? The only time he sleeps is when he passes out on the couch waiting for dinner

Has probably cut his own hair and it didn't go well

Muriel

Not much has changed, but he still hates it

He just isn't going into town now, he still wanders around the forest

Social distancing isn't a huge problem for him, since he does it pretty naturally

He does really miss his friends though, and sometimes shows up to say hi (still social distancing) in the middle of the night

He feels trapped when he was perfectly fine doing the same exact things just a few weeks ago

His house is covered in more carved sculptures than ever before, and he's trying to learn embroidery

Portia

Still working with Nadia, so not a lot has changed

She is feeling more lonely, but her garden is flourishing with all the extra attention

Julian usually spends his free time at her place, so she's being very very careful about infection and keeping clean

Really, this is the tidiest and most sterile her cottage has ever been

Hasn't picked up any new hobbies, since she's still working and basically taking care of her brother on top of that

Lucio

"This one isn't my fault!"

Very very bad at social distancing, considering how clingy he is

But he's also deathly afraid of the virus, and has basically locked himself in his wing

Basically, he clings to MC and probably some servants too but will not leave his wing for anything

Is the person that bought all the toilet paper and hand sanitizer

He's sad he doesn't have any more portraits but is scared of accidentally commisioning a painter with corona, so he's trying to learn how to draw (but only himself and MC)
