I was on public transport and started imagining the characters from The Arcana in modern life. This is how I pictured them:

-Julian would be a doctor, of course, with a practice in some modest part of town, treating all sorts of people. In his free time, he'd participate in plays, always helping those in need with any medicine he had on hand, or he wouldn't charge them for his services.

- Lucio would be an athlete; in this case, I imagined him practicing fencing, winning competitions. In his free time, he'd organize medieval festivals where he'd be the main attraction in "fights" with other swordsmen.

-Asra would own a shop selling exotic curiosities, the kind of things that serve as beautiful decorative objects. He'd travel the world in search of items for his shop. He'd participate in medieval festivals as a fortune teller.

- My MC, Jinx, would work in Asra's shop when he was away. She'd study medicine, and Julian would help her with her classes and homework.

- Muriel would be a park ranger at a nature reserve and would travel with Asra when he was on vacation.

-Nadia would be the CEO of a large company that organizes all kinds of social events.

-Portia would be her right-hand woman at the company, and they would go out and have fun together.

- Lucio, Julian, and Jinx would attend medieval festivals together to dress up and have fun.

Venía en el transporte público y empecé a imaginarme a los personajes de The Arcana en la vida moderna. Así me los imaginé:

-Julian seria médico, por supuesto, tendría un consultorio en algún sitio modesto de la ciudad y atendería a toda clase de gente. En su tiempo libre participaría en obras de teatro. Siempre ayudando a los necesitados con medicamentos que tuviera guardados o no les cobraría sus servicios.

-Lucio sería deportista, en este caso me lo imaginé practicando esgrima, ganando competencias. En su tiempo libre se dedicaría a organizar festivales medievales dónde el sería la atracción principal en "peleas" con otros espadachines.

-Asra tendría una tienda de curiosidades exóticas, con la clase de cosas que sirven como adornos bellos de mirar. Viajaría por el mundo en busca de objetos para su tienda. Participaría en los festivales medievales como el adivino de la fortuna.

-Mi OC, Jinx, trabajaría en la tienda de Asra cuando él estuviera de viaje. Estudiaría medicina y Julian le ayudaría con sus clases y tareas.

- Muriel sería guardabosques en una reserva natural y viajaría con Asra cuando estuviera de vacaciones.

- Nadia sería la CEO de una gran empresa que organiza toda clase de eventos sociales.

-Portia sería su mano derecha en tal empresa y saldrían juntas a divertirse.

- Lucio, Julian y Jinx asistirían juntos a los festivales medievales para disfrazarse y divertirse.

After their initial adventures fighting to thwart the Devil's plans, my trio—Julian, Jinx, and Lucio—set off in search of new experiences far from Vesuvia. They leave the city as very close friends. They discover the love both men have for Jinx, and she discovers she loves them in a new way she's never experienced before. They decide to have a polyamorous relationship. Lucio becomes a loyal companion, always concerned for the well-being of the woman he loves and his partner, whom he comes to consider his best friend. He is very affectionate and indulgent; he doesn't let anyone who offends a member of his growing family go unpunished. Despite starting out as an antagonist, he manages to evolve, and deep down, he believes that with everything he does for the world and his family, he's atoning for some of the harm he caused in the past. He regrets it all, but the past cannot be changed. He lives aware that not everyone has forgiven him, that not all damage can be repaired, but he is willing to try to change and be a little better each day. For his family and those close to him.

Tras sus aventuras iniciales luchando para impedir los planes del Diablo. Mi trío compuesto por Julian, Jinx y Lucio se van en busca de nuevas experiencias lejos de Vesuvia. Salen de esa ciudad como amigos muy cercanos. Descubren el amor que ambos caballeros tienen por Jinx y ella descubre que los ama en un aspecto nuevo que nunca había experimentado. Deciden mantener una relación poliamorosa. Lucio se convierte en un compañero fiel, siempre preocupado por el bienestar de la mujer que ama y de su compañero que termina considerando su mejor amigo. Es muy afectuoso y consentidor; no deja sin castigo a quien ofende a un miembro de su creciente familia. Pese a haber tenido un inicio como antagonista, logro evolucionar y en su fueron internos considera que con todo lo que hace por el mundo y su familia paga un poco del daño que hizo en el pasado. Se arrepiente de todo eso, pero el pasado no puede cambiarse. Vive consciente de que no todos le han perdonado, que no todo daño puede ser reparado; pero está dispuesto a intentar cambiar y ser un poquito mejor cada día. Por su familia y aquellos que le son cercanos.

Yknow I was gonna make a post saying something along the lines of "why does Julian always have his head angled in all his cg #we see the jawline big guy" then I remembered.
