Is it possible to spread the multiple pieces we can do over both claims rounds/with a delay of time i.e. fill the signup form twice? I'm still a bit unsure if I really can do more than one so I want to give it some more time to decide (or let fate decide if a piece that really interests me is still available later or when i can look at the second round)

so hopefully we’ll being doing a second session of claiming, but depending on how long this claiming takes/the general level of interest we might not end up doing the second one. if we DO do the second one, you can for sure spread out your claiming! however if you realize that you do want to write/beta more than one work, i would go ahead and claim them sooner rather than later because we aren’t yet sure whether there will be a second round of claiming.

With the three works rule, does that include back-ups/pinch-hitters? Like, can I write one story, beta two and be a back-up artist as well or does pinch-hitter sign-ups count as a work? Thanks in advance.

pinch-hitter sign ups don’t count as a work, so even if you’re already at your 3 max you can sign up to be one!

So could I ask what you're expecting come check-in time? Because I'd love to join, but the end of this year is pretty booked for me, and I might not be able to provide working wips early on;;;

don’t worry dude, we won’t be asking for wips during check ins! it’s more of a chill email that’s like “hey, this is a reminder that you’re in the bang pls don’t forget about us. maybe work on your fic a bit if you haven’t. hope u have a good day okay goodbye” so you don’t need to worry about that!

If we claimed an artwork and filled in the signup form with that number but it ended up being claimed already, what do we do? Do we send another form with the few number(s) of claimed work(s) or will you sort it out?

hi! it would be pretty helpful if you submitted another form with the correct numbers, but otherwise we can probably figure it out! in the next few days(ish) we’ll be sending out confirmation emails including which art works you signed up for, so you’ll be able to let us know if there’s any confusion!

Is claiming like signups or did you already do writer signups?

claiming is signups! after you claim something, you’ll head on over to our blog and fill out the writer sign-up form! you’ll be able to access this form on the post we’re making live at 3pm est (half an hour from now!)

hi so I was just wondering, when claiming (while signed in) what are we actually supposed to be commenting ? do we just write ‘claimed’ or something ? thankyou ! (I’m exciteddd)

i’m glad you’re excited! and yes, if you’re signed in you can just comment “claimed!” or “your name” if you really want, so that this way we can officially write your name on the sheet. after doing this you head on over to the blog and sign up on the writer sign-up form so we can have your contact info :]

hey! So I recently got the email saying the sketch is due November 1st! So if I plan to work ahead of that, just making sure but I’m supposed to draw klance basically interacting, correct? And I’m allowed to finish the piece if I want to is that right? ;o ; or do I still have to get approval from the sketch before anything else? <3 thanks for reading! 💖

hi! working ahead is just fine! also you can submit your sketch to us early, you don’t have to wait until november 1st, so you could even send it to us today if it was ready!

to submit your sketch, attach a picture in an email to us at [email protected] and don’t forget to add the information we asked for at the end of the previous email you recieved from us!

Hello! When writers claim artwork, will the sketches be anonymous?

yes! writers won’t know whose sketches they’re claiming!
