This is the second time I’ve been jumpscared into remembering I have notifs on for this blog by you accidentally reblogging dsmp posts on here, anyway do u have an mcyt blog those of us from the voltron —> mcyt pipeline gotta stick together

sooo i am assuming by that last ask that this event is dead?

well, anon, it had a beautiful run of one year and, between you and me, it was an absolute nightmare. i was supposed to be there as a mod for funs and giggles and ended up writing two pieces on top of mine because people just... didn't do their part.

aside from that, it's been two years and i think i only talk to two of the og mods and i'm definitely the only one who still has access to this blog. not to mention in the time since this event first happened vld crashed and burned and enough time has passed that there are now news of a revival which, for someone who sobbed her way through seasons 7 and 8, is quite terrifying.

so, is the event dead? i don't know. what does dead mean to you? it did what it had to do, everybody published their pieces and they were happy with them as far as i can recall. in that sense, the event will always be alive in our hearts.

is it getting a second run? fuck no. in that sense the event is dead and buried and frankly, good riddance. all we have left is a really stupid mod who decided it'd be a good idea to make this into a sideblog and now can't get rid of it.

i enjoy it, though. it's like being the only person who can access a time capsule. a time capsule to simpler times.

i hope you have a brilliant day, anon. and if you want you can follow my main @fangirlkats i post mostly dsmp content i'm not gonna lie to you, but considering you were into vld i assume you can handle high amounts of petty drama, so you'll feel right at home.

My @klancereversebang submission. I can’t get enough of Dance!AUs so I wanted to read a contemporary dance AU and draw a passionate pose from it so…yeah…first time trying to apply lighting to a design…hopefully it looks ok! Shout out to @incaseyouart for helping me with some anatomy issues…I’m sure there are more but omg this is 100 times better then the first sketch was! Event End!

Hey everyone! As of those last two teams recently posted on our blog, we have posted all completed masterposts. Our event is officially at an end for our first year and we’re on break!

No worries though, we’ll be back soon for next year. We’re also planning on switching up a few things, such as the end of the event lining up with exam season. If you have any suggestions or ideas on how we can improve for next year, we’ve made this google survey for you to give input.
