As much as it was killing him, watching you laugh and place your hand on his shoulder and arms, he couldn’t do anything about it. He couldn’t last out in front of anyone. Especially not in front of his teammates. He watched from the sidelines as you winked at wooyoung when he threw a corny line. Since when did Wooyoung start working out? Did you notice his sudden firm arm? Did you think he looks good? Why did he invite you over if he knew this was going to happen?
Suddenly his thoughts became more difficult to settle. Did Wooyoung like you? Did he fantasizes about you? About how curvy your body is? How your lips would feel on his own? Did you sometimes actually want to kiss Wooyoung? Was he losing you by not saying anything?
“I’ll be back, I need more watermelon.” Wooyoung went away with his bowl and you nodded along. You went back to sitting next to your boyfriend, your very pouty, jealous boyfriend.
“I don’t like it when you pout.” You laid your arm out and rested your head on to it, mimicking Hongjoong position.
“I don’t like it when you flirt with wooyoung.”
“Uh, I wasn’t.”
“Your winks and jokes say otherwise.” Now his voice was growing annoyed.
“Well then what do you want me to do? You’re the one who said we should keep our relationship private.”
“I know! It still bugs me.”
“You don’t think it bugs me when the guys tease you about that girl you had to hug?”
“That’s different. It was for a music video which means work. It was plainly business. Cameras were there and so was a director. Here, it’s behind closed doors, flirting right in front of me with your winks and the touching.”
“But I only wanna flirt with you.”
His face soften and sighed.
“I’m sorry, I shouldn’t get all upset when I’m the coward who can’t reveal our relationship.”
Your heart sunk in guilt. Maybe you could’ve said stuff without that flirting tone. And perhaps there was no need for winking at Wooyoung. You inched a little closer and place a sweet quick kiss on Hongjoong’s cheek. He fought the urge to smile.
“I’m sorry I should’ve known your feelings about it. I’ll stop.”
“N-No don’t. If you do then he’ll know somethings up.”
“Wha-”
“Plus I think he’s flirting back so he’s not onto us.”
Your fingers played around with his, just feeling skin and fingertips made you wanna hug him desperately and kiss him like he’s never been kissed.
“I’ll just tone it down then. Plus that was my bad flirting, I use my good flirting when I’m alone..with you”
“Oh? I haven’t seen it.”
“Well maybe if you came closer then you would.” You smirked.
He gave a short chuckle and leaned closer to your lips. A small giggle escapes as you also inch closer and just as you felt his lip barely graze yours, the door opened and came in an awkward and surprised Wooyoung.
“Uh-I-um..watermelon?”
You stood up from where you were and tried to form a sentence. But you were never good under pressure. Hongjoong too was stuck and didn’t know what to say. So instead of saying something, he showed.
Hongjoong wrapped his arm around your shoulder and brought you by his side. You immediately blushed and looked to Wooyoung who was starting to piece up the puzzle.
No more hiding. No more lying. No more secrets. His my member and my friend. Shit I’m risking everything.
He glanced to you as you naturally clung to his side with a unsure look. But still, your blush was visable to him, his heart could burst with all what’s going on.
She’s worth it..
“We’re dating. So you can stop flirting with her now, she’s with me.”
Okay, he’s definitely getting some tonight...Your inner thoughts roamed to the gutter.
“Ohhhhkay. So you guys have been secretly dating?”
“For seven months now.” You finally spoke up.
“I’m the only one that knows?”
“Yes.”
Your heart was pounding and basically adrenaline was shooting through your veins.
“ILL GET MORE WATERMELON! You guys better tell me EVERYTHING when I get back.”
