When are you going to start updating theofmoviestills more often, because it's the best thing on this entire website?
theofmoviestills has a mind of its own at this point and i don’t know what to do about it. i accept submissions of course, but it’s difficult to gauge the success of posts and so the blog goes inactive for a while before inspiration strikes again. that said, i posted a few hours ago!
for those just joining us, theofmoviestills.tumblr.com is the art of movie stills’ parody blog also run by me as a response to people not liking the vanilla version of this blog, so i removed the “art” part of it. what had been intended as a one-time passive-aggressive comeback to a series of hate mail has become a blog with over 6500 followers and it’s ridiculous.
i still crack up over the carl theodor dreyer submission... like, no one in on this joke is probably confused as to why someone stuck photos of some old dude all over their dormitory/apartment laundry machines
