when your still striving to unlearn all your unintentional homophobia/transphobia
for yourself and others
#admitting time#I was never really told#or shown#people in the lgbt community#and because of that#I didn’t have the best views or ideas when it came to people in there#but I’m getting and hopefully have gotten better and I’m learning more and more about yall and myself everyday#so cheers for getting over unintentional homo/transphobia because of never knowing things like that existed for a loooong time#like I knew you could like the Sam gender….but I didn’t know there was a name or community#this is why teaching your kids and showing representation is important#so they don’t accidentally become ignorant#like me#yes I’m apart of it but that doesn’t mean I wasn’t ignorant and had all the wrong ideas and thoughts towards it#my stuffy stuff#lgbt#confession#and realization time#that I’ve gotten better#and I’ll continue to do so#serious
