How To Use deskPDF Creator for Mac

How to create PDF's on your Mac:
First, download & install deskPDF Creator for Mac from this link:
http://www.docudesk.com/download/deskPDFCreatorMac_Beta.dmg
Then open up the file you want to print to PDF on your Mac, and select file -> print:
Next, you will see a drop down box that lists your printers:
Just make sure to select deskPDF Creator so you don't accidentally print to paper:
Then, you will see the save-as screen which allows you to save as a PDF on your Mac:
Just click SAVE and you are DONE - deskPDF for Mac is extremely easy to use!
Even though its simple to use, there are a TON of useful features you might want to use when you are creating PDF's on a Mac. Click "Advanced" for even more settings:
In the advanced screen you can see thumbnail previews of your document, or load profile & PDF quality settings:
In the general tab, you can specify metadata about the PDF such as title, subject, and author, and keywords:
The security tab lets you set 40bit or 128 bit security, including passwords for viewing or editing the PDF's, and you can also specify advanced permissions:
The display tab lets you add letterhead, stamps, and watermarks, and adjust how you want the PDF to display in a PDF reader.
