I just recently ripped the assets from "Sheep Sleep", an early 2000s SITBC Shockwave game that was on CN's website back in the day (rip, btw), and I came into a predicament.
With the exception of the overworld ones, every sprite is in a SWF format and, consequently, rely on vector graphics which keep their quality at any resolution.
I plan on exporting them into a sprite sheet, but I am conflicted on if I should keep their original size or upscale them. On the one hand, the size of them are quite small. On the other, I don't want to risk damaging the preservation by upscaling them.
What should I do?
Keep their original size
Upscale them
