Adobo is one of the famous and favorite delicious Filipino dish in our country, whether it is have occasion or not.
There are many different versions of cooking adobo, it only depends on their place.
Cooking adobo is easy. Here are the recipes and steps on how to cook it:
Ingredients
2 lbs pork belly
2 tablespoons garlic minced or crushed
5 pieces dried bay leaves
4 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon peppercorn
2 cups water
Salt to taste
Procedures
•First add the meat to the garlic, onion, soy sauce and pepper and marinade it.
•Second, heat the combine ingredients, cook them on low heat and let the meat cook. Add water if you want.
•Next add spices. Wait for it to cook. After this method you can serve and feed it to your family.
