This fella is Opal's big bro!! As she was taking long in her pod (because she was created pretty much like Shadow, but without doom DNA, just Silver's and Espio's, and took a year and a half or sum to fully generate) Both Espio and Silver grew a bit desperate, and decided to be a even bigger family adopting Domino when he was 10<3
The only relevant power he has, is Umbrakinesis: control of shadows. He can pretty much do about anything as long as there's a Shadow near him, even his own!
