A Dragon's Tale

Skyla was alone. Slate and Dander had gone out to get some materials for the garden, as well as anything to help experiment. Rain went out for a walk, saying she wanted to be alone when Skyla asked to go along.

Skyla couldn't help but feel like her relationships were slipping away. She was excited to see her friends again but it didn't feel the same.

Back home, she would spend all day with Rain, exploring islands, walking around the village, talking about their dreams. Skyla loved the archipelago but she felt trapped being there.

Sighing, Skyla stood up and went out to the garden. She needed to do something to clear her mind.

Thank you, Alu! Right now they are both doing well. (Although the cat doesn't like his pills) We will definitely be keeping an eye on my dad as time goes on, but he’s doing okay :)

15. favorite book you read as a school assignment?

DARK THEY WERE AND GOLDEN EYED

it’s a short story by Ray Bradbury. It was one of those stories that knocked me for a LOOP as a kid. like, i can’t even properly articulate how much I love it or why, but it’s absolutely fantastic and horrifying, high key recommend.

29. best way to bond with you?

probably by bringing me food lol 

but spending time, chatting, just being together, having really deep, open conversations is how i best connect to others

40. weirdest thing to ever happen at your school?

does constantly breaking into fights at the end of the year count? i had a friend toss a bully into a trashcan and kick it down the hall for me. or there was the time a girl left a used tampon in the library. maybe all the kids getting caught having sex in the back rooms. American school is wild yall. 

58. four talents you’re proud of having?

1. my ability to draw. :D

2. does being witty count as a talent? OOH! No! how many accents I can do. accents and mimicry. yes. 

3. i’m pretty good at the ol video games! I think i’m not when compared to my brother, but then i play with other people and im like oh, i am good at this.

4.  my ukulele playing! it’s not super great yet, but im practicing and getting better! i can play four or five songs now without messing up too badly and i think my singing sounds okay <3
