NOTE: As usual with drawing my players’ D&D characters, this design is tentative, awaiting the character’s owner’s approval.
EDIT: Re-color added (with purple glow removed for visual clarity).
There were a few other folks interested in joining the TF D&D Group in their Hoard of the Dragon Queen campaign, but I’m hesitant to run parties of more than four, so I capped it at five and am moving the remaining players into their own, separate, entirely custom campaign. So, wish me luck on that. I’m pretty excited to put my original ideas to use!
One of the Player Characters in the upcoming game will be the [silver] Dragonborn Barbarian named Adra, which is short for Adrasil and not “A Dragon,” as one might suspect. Adra, unlike most Dragonborn, has a tail, which has to do with his backstory of coming from a tribe of Dragonfolk who lived on a secluded island and thus developed with slightly different physical traits than their mainland cousins.
We discussed allowing Adra to strap a knife to his tail to attack enemies for 1d4 damage as a Bonus Action (but only if they are standing directly behind him), so I tried to imagine what that might look like as a tail accessory. As for clothes, well, Adra’s people are a primitive culture living on a hot, tropical island, so they haven’t got much in the way of real clothes. As such, I might need to get some more practice on drawing those dragon-abs!
