True North by Alain Carle Architecte
I just recently discovered the work of Montréal-based firm, Alain Carle Architecte. If you aren’t familiar with their work, do yourself a favor and check it out here. They are apparently known for their secondary homes across the country.
The project that caught my attention was their True North home in Cornwall, Ontario. Here are two photos by renowned architecture and design photographer Adrien Williams (also of Montréal).

The concrete and black metal cladding against the snow is pure magic. I also love the way they employed black screens to create a gradient across the landscape and frame some of the outdoor spaces. You really see that in the plan.
The shadows these screens cast on the concrete are also quite beautiful.

BAD BOYS CLUB Star ADRIEN WILLIAMS Pops A Guy Into Next Week After Confronting Him About His Sister And Calling Him A F*ggot
#CHILE #AdrienWilliams of #BadBoysClubAtlanta stepped out of retirement again to pop somebody’s son in the mouth after the guy (whose name was #Gabriel in the video) disrespected his sister, calling him a homophobic slur, roughly pushing and hitting him, and being disrespectful at his house.
#YesGirl He did. Adrien was recorded popping and slapping around poor, unconscious Gabriel for picking the wrong battle. In the video, Gabriel was walking towards Adrien like the typical arrogant guy who thought he was going to beat up someone because of their sexuality. Well girl, the Bad Boys Club star had to help him understand that THAT’s neither here nor there. Adrien tripped Gabriel to the ground and punched him in the face after he decided to get aggressive with Williams.
Like girl, the video itself is not only disturbing to watch but a moment of silence. The fact that Gabriel did all of that only to get popped and smacked around was really cringing that it will make you say a prayer for his healing after the sounds of Adrien’s hits.
Adrien also posted a photo the day after with the pettiest captioning, ”Happy Monday. Y’all better give Monday that classy ass whoopen.”
Can yall just leave this man alone? 😩
