Silence’s Requiem / Lover’s Regret

I thought about what I would do If I saw you again. I’d split open your head, And eat your insides. My mouth dripping with red. Tearing you apart, Ripping you to shreds, Tasting you on my lips, And on my tongue, Remembering the sweetness of your blood.

I’d lay beside you, Holding your hand. Cold and numb, Devoid of familiar warmth, Face unrecognizable.

Somehow, In the darkened pools of your eyes, I’d find you again. Somewhere, In lingering devotion, Buried deep in the memories I wish I had forgotten.

I’d find you. Loving me, Holding me, Caressing my face, With gentle hands, And sweet words that pour From sinner’s lips.

A great cry would erupt, Though tears undeserving, How desperately I would I wish, How futile it would be.

Broken body, Lying limp, Desecrated by my own hands. Profaned by my touch.

Nothing left.

ALRIGHT! I think I've finally found a design I like for Adrith.

Of course, Adrith is the main antagonist of the Lost Ones. He thinks it's his destiny to end the world or whatever. Naturally, the reason Equinox hates him isn't even related to his apocalyptic ambitions... 🙄

While I was refining his main design (v.3), I ended up making a kind of timeline of his looks throughout the years.

Version 1 is Adrith pre-corruption, and Version 2 is him immediately after being corrupted. Version 3 is him a thousand years later after being rewoken. And Version 4 is just an alternate in his more casual clothes.

Some Adrith x Equinox/Zola doodles I drew a while ago. I might refine some of the concepts on here later tho

Anyway, for arch-enemies, these two really have quite the complicated relationship...

In Equinox's past life as a god, he and Adrith were very close. Sometimes those feelings from the distant past bubble up, but they are so intermixed with hatred, nothing good ever comes from it.

But to be honest, even without everything that happened, I don’t think things ever would have worked out between them (past life or not). They were bound by hatred from the beginning. Of course, when one of them moved on from that, it was only going to leave the other feeling betrayed.

I gave our main antagonist, Adrith, a slight redesign. To be honest, his original design was done quite hastily when I was 18, so refining it, has been long overdue.

I’ll admit I didn’t want to change him *too* much since my brain has a hard time comprehending drastic changes, but I will likely come back later and add more.

Anyway, I love the new ouroboros tattoo though!! ⭐ And yes, I know what popular character he looks like lol

This is what I made for my art project. I’m mostly satisfied with how it turned out, but you know how artists are... I just look and see all my mistakes. But despite that, I think every panel looks cool, and I am happy. We’ll see how the critique goes.

But anyway, I kinda just took a random idea for a scene, and I did it. Now, let’s get back to answering questions!!
