Help going to start sobbing translating the Astyanax scene of the Iliad. Wdym Adromache runs over to meet Hector as soon as she sees him. Wdym Astyanax has ‘beloved’ as his epithet and is compared to a star in the same breath, like Hector’s voice is seeping into the narration from how strong his affection is. Wdym the Trojans all call him Astyanax (aka lord of the city) but his real name is something else I’m sobbing uncontrollably godddd
