When will my reflections show July ‘15
So good to see Alfred’s cute face again~
Crow, and Lyre Bird!
Crow: What do you collect? Oh geeze, haha. I may be a little too much of a crow, I collect quite a few things. The main things I collect are like the really cute pastel/"loli” stuff (I have a loooot of Hello Kitty. a ton of it), and feathers! I enjoy gamebird feathers more than dyed ones, though I do have some really fun dyed ostrich plumes currently! The next two things are Zelda merch, and bones/furs/etc. Both of those are a little harder to come by, and a lot more expensive, so I have less of them, but I have plans in the future to remedy that! When I get my room cleaner, I have plans on photographing some of my collections cx...i also recently discovered I have an inordinate amount of embroidery floss... like a literal drawer of it now... ._.Lyre Bird: What are your favorite sounds?hmmm that’s a difficult one. As a rule, I’m a person who really does not like noisy settings. But I also get really frightened by totally silent environments. I really enjoy rainstorms-- not thunderstorms, mind you, but just a nice, heavy, steady rain with maybe an occasional roll of thunder, I don’t like the sharp, sudden cracks. And aside from that, in the mornings when I would walk to class, I would take my earbuds out for most of the walk, and just listen to the birds. when you’re that far up in the mountains there really is a “dawn chorus”, and it was very peaceful and assuring to hear them start up every morning.
Alfy looking pensive. I think it is really interesting when jumping spiders rest and seemingly stare off into space. I especially love the reflection in her pretty black wells.
Alfred (Phidippus adumbratus) eats on her freshly caught silver fish... She is a beauty!
p. adumbratus, small sun in the clouds. her name is alfred, and she is my new jumper friend.
