Jumping spiders often reach up when they want to climb onto something taller, so those tiny little arms can sometimes look like they're asking to be picked up. It's one of the sweetest behaviours they have, and it melts my heart every time! 🥹

I think this is the macro lens kit I bought...

It's $3.79 from Walmart.com, comes with the clip, and three lenses. I only use the maco lens, but it also comes with a fisheye lens and a wide-angle lense, whose purpose I do not understand.

All you do is clip the lens over your phone's camera, and that's it.

For the maco lens, you have to hold the camera super close to what you're taking pictures of or it won't focus, it's pretty much (maybe literally just?) a magnifying glass held in place over the camera lens.

Very nice for getting cool pictures and videos of insects who are willing to hold still, or tiny flowers or parts of plants.
