Unpopular TAZ opinion mayb: I actually really hate when ppl act like the THB teasing Angus is like 100% cute and fun

Like this isn’t a Super Serious Opinion or whatever I don’t wanna make a big deal out of it because TAZ is meant to be a lighthearted podcast but man. as a kid I hated to be made fun of, especially by adults, and it always made me feel like an idiot when people were using me as the target for some joke I didn’t understand until everyone was already laughing and even light teasing made me feel shitty because i felt like people were specifically laughing at me for being an idiot

and like, this is where basically all of my anxiety came from, I was a horrendously anxious kid because of this and even as an adult I immediately get stressed when people say something that’s supposed to be a joke and 1) I don’t get it and sometimes 1b) I become the punchline for not getting it/my not being in on it is funny to people

I was gonna post a new fic on Friday but I might try and write the next chapter of See You In Hell instead because......... boy I got myself hyped on thinking about other planes and the laws of physics that govern them

Realistically I think Taako would prob have had top surgery by the time we’re at the current plot but I get sooooo much joy out of drawing him in flashy binders

I’m into the idea of Kravitz’ visual, physical form just being like... something between and beyond mortal understanding

It’s not a physical thing in the way we understand physical things to be, but it’s not quite entirely an illusion without substance, either. Calling it a glamour is the best way to describe it but only because no other way to do so really exists

Him being physical and tangible to some degree on the material plane is mostly bc it’s the only way the very fabric/universal rules of the plane can come up with to render him, but he doesn’t have the exact same properties as a regular mortal creature/has a lot of things that mark him as being sth else (very cold, no heartbeat, no breathing, etc), kind of like a glitch in a computer game or sth

His appearance is a changeable thing but he’s not got unlimited shapeshifting powers. Who knows what kind of laws he’s tied to. Our plane sure fuckin doesn’t
