NEW NAME WHO DIS? Still the same me, but embracing the forever messy bun wearing, scatteredly ambitious, IN PROGRESS hot mess that I am and sharing the adventures and lessons of living well with all the highs, lows, twists, and turns thrown in. 🌿 About a year and a half ago I started this account to learn more about holistic health, managing chronic illness/autoimmune disease, and whole body wellness. Over these 18 months or so my journey has progressed and evolved to places I never thought it would. In the beginning, AIP stemmed from #autoimmunepaleo , the first “community” to really light the fire and teach me how to start #livingwell with autoimmune disease. Initially, this account was mainly for me, for me to learn and connect with others along similar journeys. As I healed my body and learned to live in the most healthy and well way for me, I soon began sharing lessons learned and “life hacks” found, if you will. 💫 Here’s to acknowledging and embracing that WE ARE ALWAYS A WORK IN PROGRESS. Even when we think we have it figured out or are on the way there, we don’t; not for good at least.
